How to sign in
- @Username
- The name you chose, for example @mycompany. This is how you appear in the portals.
- micoMember ID Code
- Your customer number, m plus 5 characters, such as m7k3xa. It is in your confirmation email and works for signing in just like your username. Please quote it when you contact us.
- sicoSecret ID Code
- Your secret code, s plus 5 characters, generated at random. You receive it after confirming your email address and can see it at any time under “My account”. Do not share it.
